Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system.
Cupping/Gua Sha
Cupping uses suction cups to relieve the stressed muscle tissue in a decompression manner. Gua Sha uses a tool in a scraping manner to relieve stressed muscle by compression.
Hot Stone Therapy
Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
Massage Gun
With the use of a mechanical massage gun the vibration moves the muscle fibers to aid in relaxation of the tissue.
Dry Brush
Dry brushing is great for exfoliating the skin and it helps stimulate the lymphatic system. It is a helpful for prepping the skin for a Lymphatic Drainage massage.
Ionic Detox Foot Bath
The Ionic Detox Foot Bath uses a slight current charge to the water to pull toxins from your body via your feet.

Graduated from Southeastern Institute of Charlotte NC in Aug of 2009. Certified in Massage therapy, Lymphedema/lymphatic therapy with wound care, Reflexology, Advanced Medical Massage therapy, Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, Nutrition Informed Professional, and currently working on a Human Movement Science certification.
